Long and boring process but my blogs working again now! Anyway yes, hardcore week is over but long live harcore holiday! I saw the hardcore week as more a way to give me the drive to move on and carry the momentum to continue with my new healthier lifestyle. Obviously, I didn't do so well over christmas keeping up the regim but i did go for a run on xmas day and one on the eve. I also found, (on christmas eve) that the green next to me has trees absolutly amazing for training bouldering. They dont have branches for about 15ft but large bulbs sticking out and on some, shaven off branches making great grip holds, (if you can imadgen what it looks like.) So, until the climbing walls up, the capoeira classes are started again and the gym open, (all after new year) Barnes common is going to be the basis for my training grounds, good pull ups, close to my house and lachés make it a perfect place to train. Im also gonna get my pk training up, its been difficult reacently as the person i wanted to mainly train with this holiday has been found out stealing off mates which in my eyes is unforgivable so he is no longer a friend.
Anyway so, up early training and reviseing meaning this bad boys off to bed!
cheers.

Hardcore Week
Whey, my forst blog post, how exciting! I'll keep this blog as up to date as I can as it will help me with my training and motivation to do it. Right now I'm 3/4 of the way through my hardcore week. And so far it has gone quite well. I have been keeping an ok diet, I've subscibed to a gym, had a whole bunch of capoeira lessons and gone for a lot of runs. I would like to do more on the revision and work side as hardcore week entitles working hard on top of the conditioning. To achieve perfection, you have to condition your mind aswell ;). Today though was not so good, i didnt get any work done or conditioning so I'm on a bit of a downer for letting myself down near the end of the week, (It finishes on Monday) But I can't be that upset seeming as it is christmas eve tomorrow!! Gonna work hard none the less, tis the season to be jolly but I'm not gonna let that fatten me up. I'm also setting up a climbing wall and traverse on the wall in my back gardin today which is going to be great, means I have something to take my mind of snacking when I feel like i need one. The problem is, when I was younger, I was a bit fat cus I was so used to just watching TV and being like a conveyer belt, sitting down, eating, finishing, get up for more food, sit down etc. I was so used to doing that for such a long time on fatty snacks which didn't fill you up, I now have to conciously stop me from getting food. Its odd, its a bit like quiting smoking, but still having a cubord full or cigarettes!
But this hardcore has given me a goal to reach and motivation to not eat so I'm sticking to it better than when I have tried before. In fact, I'm turning this hardcore week into a hardcore holiday, so keep it up till my mocks. To test my durability! Anyway, thats all I'm writing for now, cheers for your time of reading it.
